Cristina Diaz

Cristina Diaz brings more than four decades of experience in facilities management, operations and construction coordination to SPARC, following an accomplished 46-year career with Kelly Tractor Company. Most recently serving as Facilities Manager, Cristina oversaw the company’s extensive physical operations, managing facilities, grounds, workplace environments and improvement initiatives across its locations while working closely with company ownership.

Throughout her tenure, Cristina played an integral role in the planning and development of new and existing facilities, collaborating with architects, designers and project teams on everything from floor plans and space planning to furniture selection, installations and overall workplace functionality. With more than 20 years of experience working alongside architects, she developed a strong understanding of blueprints, design intent and the practical considerations required to translate plans into efficient, well-functioning spaces. Her longstanding career within the construction equipment industry further provides her with a natural familiarity with the environments and teams SPARC serves.

At SPARC, Cristina supports the operational and administrative functions that keep projects and the organization moving seamlessly behind the scenes. Drawing on her extensive facilities background, she assists with office planning, furniture evaluation and installation, logistics and day-to-day coordination, bringing a thoughtful, highly experienced perspective to both SPARC’s internal operations and project needs.
