Judy Wawrzyniak, PMP

Judy Wawrzyniak is a seasoned project management executive with more than 30 years of experience leading over $1 billion in development and construction projects. With a background spanning hospitality, commercial real estate, higher education and entertainment facilities, she brings a sophisticated understanding of the entire project lifecycle.

As Executive Vice President at SPARC, Judy provides strategic leadership from initial planning through execution, serving as a trusted advisor and key point of contact for clients. She oversees project objectives, scope, budgets and schedules while anticipating challenges, mitigating risk and ensuring critical decisions are supported by clear, actionable information. Drawing on decades of experience, Judy is adept at identifying potential obstacles early and developing thoughtful strategies that protect both the client’s vision and investment.

Throughout her career, Judy has led significant assignments for globally recognized organizations and hospitality brands, including Marriott, Ritz-Carlton, Walt Disney, Loews, Sheraton, Hilton and American Express. Her portfolio includes the Orlando World Center Marriott, Hyatt Regency Coconut Point, The Don CeSar, Marriott projects in Marco Island and St. Kitts, and the American Express Latin American headquarters. Judy earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Louisiana Tech University’s School of Architecture and holds a Project Management Professional (PMP) credential.
