Daniel Castaño

Daniel Castaño serves as Project Manager at SPARC, where he represents ownership throughout the full development lifecycle, guiding commercial projects from initial planning and design through permitting, procurement, construction and closeout. With experience spanning approximately $600 million in project value, he brings a disciplined approach to managing complex initiatives while safeguarding each client’s vision, operational priorities and investment objectives.

Throughout his career, Daniel has worked across a diverse portfolio that includes corporate headquarters, Class A office interiors and multifamily developments throughout the Southeastern United States. His notable experience includes Carnival Corporation’s Global Headquarters, as well as prominent workplace projects in Miami and Boca Raton. At SPARC, he coordinates architects, engineers, contractors, consultants and government agencies while overseeing budgets, schedules, contracts, risks and critical approvals. His ability to translate intricate challenges into clear, actionable solutions allows clients to make informed decisions with confidence.

Daniel is particularly passionate about bringing structure and clarity to multifaceted assignments, identifying potential obstacles early and helping teams navigate them before they affect cost, timing or execution. He values the opportunity to bring a client’s vision to life while drawing on SPARC’s varied portfolio to deliver thoughtful, practical guidance tailored to the unique demands of every engagement. Daniel holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Saint Michael’s College and maintains CMIT and OSHA 30 credentials.
