Matt Dromeshauser is a Project Manager at SPARC, where he serves as a trusted representative for clients throughout the design and construction process. With experience spanning approximately 1.5 million square feet of commercial and industrial development and nearly $500 million in project value, Matt brings a comprehensive understanding of complex project delivery. His portfolio includes notable assignments such as the University of Miami Centennial Village, DeBartolo Warehouses 1 & 2, Campanelli Business Parks in Uxbridge and Bellingham, Cirus Apartments and Rebrook Apartments.

From pre-construction through closeout, Matt provides strategic oversight across budgeting, scheduling, contractor selection, quality control, payment applications and project documentation. Acting as a central liaison among owners, architects, engineers and contractors, he helps safeguard each client’s interests while maintaining alignment with established goals, financial parameters and timelines. His ability to translate technical complexities into clear, actionable guidance allows clients to make informed decisions with confidence.

Known for his reliability, transparency and proactive mindset, Matt approaches every challenge with a practical and solutions-driven perspective.
