Tyler Greenspahn

Tyler Greenspahn serves as an Owner Representative at SPARC, guiding assignments from initial planning and design through construction and closeout. With approximately $750 million in project experience, he works closely with clients and multidisciplinary teams to navigate complex decisions while maintaining established goals, budgets and schedules.

His background in accounting provides a strong financial perspective, allowing him to analyze data, identify potential challenges and deliver insights that support informed decision-making. Tyler is particularly adept at troubleshooting unforeseen obstacles, finding opportunities to recover time and developing practical solutions that maintain momentum.

His portfolio spans ground-up developments, tenant improvements, commercial office, education and hospitality, including University of Miami Centennial Village, Carnival Corporation Global Headquarters, Ryder Global Headquarters, Bulgari Headquarters and Deering Bay Yacht & Country Club. Across each assignment, he serves as an advocate for ownership, fostering alignment among stakeholders and helping mitigate risk throughout the development process.

Tyler holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Bentley University and a Master of Science in Accounting from Liberty University. He is OSHA 30 certified and holds Real Estate and Community Association Manager (CAM) licenses.
