Ryan Garcia serves as an Associate Project Manager at SPARC, representing clients’ interests and helping guide complex construction projects from planning through execution and closeout. His experience spans commercial and industrial construction, logistics and distribution facilities, and public-safety infrastructure.
With a strong understanding of technical systems and multi-trade coordination, Ryan works closely with clients, contractors, consultants and specialty vendors to navigate schedules, permitting, inspections and field execution. His experience includes a $35 million Ryder | Amazon Miami project, as well as approximately 75 public-safety DAS/BDA projects representing roughly $10 million in contract value.
Ryan brings a thoughtful, solutions-oriented approach to every project, with an emphasis on anticipating challenges, fostering alignment and maintaining clear communication throughout the development process. He holds a Bachelor of Science from Florida State University’s College of Business and a Master of Business Administration from Florida International University.
