As Project Coordinator at SPARC, Lucas Diaz supports the successful delivery of institutional and commercial projects through thoughtful coordination, organization and attention to detail. Working closely with project managers, he assists with project planning and scheduling, meeting coordination and documentation, helping ensure teams have the information and resources needed to move projects forward efficiently.
Lucas has contributed to a diverse portfolio of projects, including Centennial Village and the Indoor Practice Facility at the University of Miami, as well as the Carnival Corporation Global Headquarters. His experience spans higher education, commercial office and country club environments, providing exposure to projects with distinct operational and development needs.
